Booking Your Flight
Coordinate with your Program Director on travel planning. If you choose to book your flight through Travel Leaders, please complete THIS FORM and they will reach out to you with a proposed itinerary. Be sure to include your program’s name in the first field in this format: KTGF-Institution Name (i.e., KTGF-Brown). Contact research@aacap.org with any questions.
Transportation to the Venue From the Hotel
Take the Green Line (E) towards Heath St.
Enter at the Prudential stop.
Get off at Longwood Medical Area.
Transportation to the Hotel From the Airport
Board the Logan Express Back Bay shuttle found at all terminals at Boston Logan. Follow signage to the terminal curb. Take the shuttle, and get off at the 800 Boylston St stop. This service is completely free of charge!
